UV printed custom boards

All BALTIC BIRCH PLYWOOD 3/4" plywood (13 ply)24"x48" decks (with brace underneath). 12" height in back. 3 1/8" front. 3/8” hardware (bolts,washers,and wingnuts). 6”hole. Braced and routered legs. Top and bottom of deck (routered). Everything sanded before assembly. Pocket hole screwed,glued,and clamped during assembly. Entire set receives a final sanding (180 grit). Couple coats of polycrylic sprayed using HVLP equipment. Resanded with 320 grit and couple more refinishing coats. Final assembly with rubber bumpers on the bottom of legs and front corners of boards. (Helps to keep boards from shifting on hard surfaces and helps protect wood from damage).
